Is NZ Lashes a Cruelty Free Company?

Yes. None of our products are tested on animals.

 

What are your lashes made out of?

All our lashes are faux mink. They are made up of unique synthetic yarn fibers which make them super soft and light.

  

Is NZ Lashes Adhesive Medical Grade?

Yes. Cyanoacrylate is the main ingredient in NZ Lashes adhesive which is also used in medical adhesive however, NZ Lashes adhesive should always be applied by a trained professional. 

 

Does NZ Lashes Offer Discounts on Bulk Orders?

How Long is Eyelash Extension Adhesive Good For? 

Eyelash extension adhesive is good for a maximum of 60 days once the bottle is opened. The 60 day time period is however, still greatly dependent on the care that is given to the adhesive. 


Here are some tips on increasing the longevity of the adhesives:

  • Shake  the adhesive on a daily basis.
  • Open the adhesive as little as possible
  • Keep the adhesive out of direct sunlight
  • Keep the adhesive in a normal room temperature environment
  • Close  the bottle as soon as possible after use

Once adhesive gets closer to the 60 day mark the consistency of the adhesive will become thicker and stringy and this is a sign that it is time to get new adhesive.  

 

How quickly will my order arrive?

NZ Lashes processes orders M-F, not including NZ holidays. Orders will be processed the same day when placed before 12:30pm cut off. Orders placed during weekends will be processed the following Monday. Once orders are fulfilled, shipping takes 1-2 business days.

 

How can I track my package?

Once we ship your order you will receive an email with tracking details, and a tracking number. The courier, however. will have the most up to date information on your package.

 

Can I Return My Order For A Refund Or Exchange?


We stand by the quality of the products we sell. However, should you need to return your order for a refund or exchange, please contact us at info@nzlashes.nz within 7 days of receiving the item and we will try to resolve the situation and if needed. My package has been delivered, but I haven’t received it. What should I do?

NZ Lashes is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, however, you can reach out to us so we can assist in filing a claim and contacting the courier to receive the most accurate and latest information regarding your delivery.

 

Can I make any changes to orders I have already placed?

Once the order has been placed and you would like to make some changes, please email or message us immediately as we fulfill orders quickly but once shipped and fulfilled, we are no longer able to make any changes.

 

Do you ship worldwide?

We do accept international orders however, we do not ship to countries in Africa, Central America, or South America. You may visit our Shipping & Delivery Page for a complete list of countries we do not ship to.
